Service Delivery Manager – London – £450+ depending on experience – 3-6 months

Must have INSURANCE  experience
Must have experience of accountability for APPLICATION and INFRASTRUCTURE towers

  • Enterprise oversight experience of application and infrastructure towers
  • SLM, ITIL, KPI
  • Liaison between service provider and customer
  • Report preparation and meeting coordination
  • Service Improvements & SoW
  • Governance and oversight experience of day to day operations
  • Interprets and produces data analysis from Service Now
  • Stakeholder mgmt and business relationship mgmt to C Level
  • Report preparation and meeting coordination
