Over 15 years i have gathered multiple skills and worked in multiple roles within IT. Starting as a 1st line technical analyst, i proactively sought and learned further skills which helped promote me to 2nd line analyst whilst combining the role with being the deputy team leader. The responsibility and ability to work and deal directly with customers IT Management day to day, this prepared me for moving in the direction of IT Service Management, where for the past 4 years i have excelled in the role of Major Incident and Problem Management. This is a role i very much enjoy and the pressure that comes with it is something i feel i thrive in.
