Integration Business Analyst

I was brought in to assist the launch of a new recruitment SAAS platform with its associated legacy data sources.
The role included liaising with divisions of the company in the USA to gather requirements and communicate at all levels to ensure a smooth transition for the coming change which impacted HR and payroll in the USA.
I worked closely with the change manager to ensure all aspects of the work and SME;s I dealt with were included in the overall Change Plan.
I had access to the Bullhorn system and carried out a number of tests based on user stories I collected and worked through with SME;s.
I helped prepare UAT for the business areas I worked with to ensure this synchronised with the requirements gathered and associated user stories.
